New crank for window whole mechanism.  New tab to till window out. Doesn't lock in properly. New springs so window stays open.

I think we can help replace this operator, but I cannot identify what you have based on your photo. We'll need you to remove it entirely from the window so we can see the complete mechanism.

As for the other window, we'll also need you to remove the balance so we can see the whole thing. Too many details are obscured while it's still installed. Specifically, we need to see the stamp printed on the metal channel, the top clip used to install it, and the bottom shoe.
