Thanks for posting. For your pivot bar, see our 26-377. For your operator, see our 39-221 Casement Operator. Compare the dimensions listed with your old parts, and see if they differ in any way.

Do you have a version of this Channel Balance with the cord and bottom attachment still intact? It is missing in this sample. I believe I might know what this is, but seeing a completed version, if available, would help confirm my suspicion. Could you also measure the length of the metal channel, not including the bottom attachment? Many thanks.

Thanks for the added photos. See our S770-28. Go over the product specifications to make sure it matches your old balance. You'll need to choose a stamp option; 27HD is a little weird for this balance. I recommend you weigh your window sash. You can then match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page. If that weight falls outside the listed weight ranges, let us know.
