3220 BSI only markings on it

33"x1/2"x1/2"

Not sure of the part I need to order from you. Any help will be welcome. I will be probably be getting 4.

Hi Leroy. This looks like either a S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3220.
