It looks like your showing us your channel balance and a top sash guide that keeps the balance in place. We carry replacement options for both of these kinds of hardware but we'll need to see a picture of the balance and guide removed from the window to find a replacement for you. For the balance, we'll also need the length of the metal channel and to know the stamp number on the balance itself. I'll associate some videos to assist you. Thank you!
