Concerning your pivot shoe, can you tell me its width and thickness? You should remove it from the window before you measure to ensure that you're as accurate as possible.
As for the spiral balance, please tell me the length and diameter of the outer tube.

Based on your dimensions, your S900-22 spiral balance appears to be a match to yours.
The second dimension you provided seems like it's for the pivot bar, rather than the pivot shoe in your photo. Please remove the pivot shoe following the videos we've provided and confirm the width and thickness for us as Tom requested. If you need the pivot bar that connects the sash to the pivot shoe as well, we'll need to see an undamaged pivot bar fully removed from the sash. Thank you!
