Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our S380-27 or S385-27. The difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail.
It looks like your stamp option will be the 2650, but the numbers in your image are a little faded. Take a second look to confirm that it reads 26 5. Once you have determined the depth of your shoe and your stamp option, you should be all set to select your replacement channel balance!
