You have an old Certainteed vinyl window. We carry the newer parts that should still fit your old window. The first photo show a fogged, insulated glass. You should take the sash to your nearest glass shop, and they will order a new insulated glass to fit in the sash. The second photo of the window lock, we believe is our 90-274. Please compare the screw hole distance to confirm it will work.

The last three photos are the balance system. We have the 15-192 pivot shoe. Please note it has front surface aligners that might need to be file down to fit in the window track. The coil spring will be Series 170. We were unable to read the spring stamp in the photo. Please match the number to our Series 170 coil springs. The coil spring housing would be 15-156 and bushing 15-157. The pivot bars, the 26-175 will look different then the original, but work with the 15-192 pivot shoe.
