Your handle isn't exactly like anything we carry. Before I make a recommendation, can you first show me a picture of the mortise lock it engages? That will ensure I can get you something that's compatible.

We also don't have this deadbolt, but we do carry the 79-096. Although this is similar in design, it was designed to work on commercial grade doors, not residential sliding doors like you have here. I can't confirm that it will work for you.
