I am looking for a new locking door handle and a Mortise, I believe that is what it is called.

See our 82-218 Mortise Lock to start. I can't be sure this is what you need without seeing the original, but compare the dimensions and let me know what you think. For the handle set, you should be able to use our 82-030.
