Replacement parts

Hello guys, I'm looking for replace these  both parts from my window, but I only have the number of one and is this 31401 A, but I don't know the name of number of the another piece, Would you be so kind to help me with those parts please both are LH, I really appreciate it a lot for your help!

Start by comparing your dimensions to our 38-091 and 38-092 to see if these match up to your original lock. As for the tie bar, can we see a picture that fully shows all of the rollers on it? Can you also tell me the length?
