We don't sell replacement jamb tracks but the hardware in your pictures looks like our 15-180 shoe that's designed to use the Series 190 coil springs and 15-181 double support clip. Look these parts over and see what you think.

In order to identify your pivot bar, we'd need to see an undamaged one removed from the sash.
