The window sash is approx 51 wide by 28 high
the numbers on the channel balance are 25-9 AA CMC 7 Also 61-259

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance here looks to be a match for our S395-26. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then you should be good to go. You just need to weigh your sash on a scale to verify the best stamp option.

As for the top sash guide, we don't sell an exact match but the design is very similar to our 18-015. Review our dimensions to confirm that they align.
