I'm looking to replace the little black plastic mounting piece that the bar marked 31272 attaches to (see arrow). I would also like to get a price to replace the operator assembly with the 1 goldish arm, hopefully without replacing everything else. Lastly I need a price for a replacement for the lock.

Start by taking a look at the specifications of our 39-188 and 39-187 operators along with the 36-048 hinge set to see how they match up with yours. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
As for the lock, our 38-139 appears to be similar. Have a look at the dimensions, especially the projection of the fork, and see how they compare with your old lock.
