Replacement parts

Question

This hardware was included on the Milgard windows that were installed on our house way back in 2000.  Milgard has informed us this part is obsolete and no longer available.  I am hoping you have a replacement part that I can use as a substitue so the window can open and close once again.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like it could be the 39-092. If that's the case, I'm afraid we can only supply the operator. The link arm is obsolete as you mentioned but ROTO never offered a substitute, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
