I need a part that connects to the sash to the spring mechanism that Ace was sliding the window up and down

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we can't be sure of what you need with the hardware still installed. We would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventor. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We have recommended the 15-118 pivot shoe as a possible replacement for your part. See one example here. The height measures 2-1/8" but that shouldn't be an issue. Take a look and see what you think.
