Replacement parts

Thanks for reaching out to us! We do have all the parts you would need to repair your operators; however, they do not come in one complete kit.
That said, take a look at the 39-147 Andersen Window Crank, and compare it to your existing hardware to confirm that this is the correct replacement. The bracket used with this operator appears to be the 39-161 Right Bottom Rail Bracket.
The opposite handed versions of this operator and bracket are the 39-146 Andersen Window Crank and the 39-160 Left Bottom Rail Bracket. These operators both use the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
We do not carry any hinges with an 11" track, unfortunately. The closet we have to that measurement are hinges with a 10" sill track. That said, I would suggest taking a look at the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set.
Without an accurate measurement, I'm sorry to say that I cannot guarantee that this will work as a replacement but you'll need to carefully review the dimensions below to confirm.
There is a strong likelihood that this hinge will not be an exact replacement match to your existing hinge. That said, you will need to consider that you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges; this may require drilling new installation holes. This hinge set can be used for both the left and right side of the window.
