Thanks for posting! The balance you have is either the S380-15 with a 1" shoe or the S385-15 with a 1-3/32". To confirm which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the video below for reference.

You'll need to select the 1440 stamp to replace this balance.

To identify the balances for the other windows, you'll need to be sure to confirm the length of the metal channel, the shoe measurement, and the stamp to determine the replacements you need. It would also be a good idea to confirm that they have the same winged top and bottom attachments.
