Hello,
We'd be happy to help but it looks like the operator spline that holds the handle has broken off of the base, which means the entire assembly will need to be replaced. To get started, we'll need to see your operator with the window open so that arms that move the sash are fully visible. See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!
