Replacement parts

We have Lawson windows that we need to get replacement parts for. One shows a number of 35DS 37 and the other 2950 BS1 BV. Metal to metal without the end plastic piece on one is 30" and the other is 36". What would the replacement parts be that I need to order?

Thanks for your post! Your balances can be replaced with either the Series 380 or the Series 385 Channel Balance. You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to determine which series is the correct replacement.

For the 30" balance you can select the 2950 stamp option. I believe you can use the 3560 stamp option for the 35DS37 stamp, but I suggest double checking that this sash is 37lbs; the 3560 will support a sash weighing 35 to 39lbs.
