Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the shoe that goes with the balance? It may still be inside the window track, so we'll need to see it removed from the window. 

As for the latch, can you confirm the length, width, and depth? Can we also see a photo of the bottom of the latch?
