Hello! This is an old discontinued Swinger window that was made by Silverline a long time ago. The top tilt latch I believe is a match for our 18-027, while the hinge should be our 15-058. Do you also need the replacement balances? If so, I have a few more follow up questions I'll need you to answer. Let me know and we can get started.
