Replacement parts

Our house built in 1986 has double hung windows some of which don't stay up when opened. I'm looking for these replacement parts (see photos) as well as the springs which these engage with. Any chance that you carry these parts including springs? If not, do you know anyone who might? Thanks for any help you can you can provide. Charles

Hello Charles. Thank you for your post. Take a look at our 20-006 clutch set. Perhaps these may be what you have been looking for.
