Simonton tilt latch and balance spring assembly

Question

Need to determine parts needed to replace a couple tilt latch and spring balance assemblies for Simonton windows manufactured in 1996.
Also guidance in replacing them, ie do the side jambs need to be cut in order to remove and replace the parts. If so, suggested location for the cut.
Already replaced multiple tilt bars from Swisco.
