Replacement parts for 20 year old certainteed window

Can you please advise if you have the 2 parts I need to fix my kitchen window? I need a replacement lock latch (window 2 & 3 photos)and the plastic guide bushing (window 1 photo). If you have these parts, please advise cost and lead time. Thank you.

For the lock, start by seeing if our 38-099 or 38-100 match up. For the Tie Bar Guide, check out our 39-448.
