Replacement parts for >45 year old windows

A quick learner from Georgia says:
HELP! I'm looking to fix these windows at my mother's house; most are broken. Any help identifying these parts would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

It looks like you might have an older version of the 38-097 and 38-098 sash locks. Look them over and compare the dimensions to see if they match what you need. If so, you'll also need new 38-079 keepers. 

As for your operator, we would need to see the assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our selection. Thank you!
