Replacement parts for Acan Windows.

Need 'pivot locking shoes' for several windows, (10 'shoes'). Sold under name Acan. Cannot find an exact duplicate in the photos you have posted. (See photo). Thickness 9/16". Will also need new spring and installation tool. Let me know if you need more info.

The manufacturer of your pivot shoe has gone out of business, but we like to use our 15-118 as a substitute. See what you think. The balance could be our Series 600 spiral balance, which has a 5/8" diameter outer tube. Is this a match? Finally, for the installation tool, see our 75-006.

I am looking for parts for our windows -ACAN Terra Nova Vinyl windows. I need the coil balance, Lock and tilt-latch. I do not have pictures but I have the list of hardware and description that I have attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the provided document does not tell me what specific balance assembly is in use with this window. The only way we'll be able to assist you at this stage is with clear pictures of the original balance assembly removed from the window and shown without obstruction. Otherwise, we won't have any reference with which to make a recommendation.

Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
