Replacement parts for Alenco window balance

Question

Hello,
I do apologize for the poor pictures. The balance was stuck and the window had to be pried apart to get the balance out resulting in a damaged balance. It came apart and I am unsure of how to get it together enough to take proper pictures. The balance is 26" long. Thats all the info i have at this point.
A picture of the manufacturers part number and other info is attached.

Thanks for reaching out! I am unable to identify the balances based on the picture or the brand of your window, unfortunately. I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

If this is a tilt window, I'll need to see any other attachments that could be left behind in the window but not connected to the balance. I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel of the balance to confirm the weight range your balances should be able to carry. Let me know if you have any questions.
