Replacement parts for Atrium windows

A quick learner from Tucson says:
Hi, I have two windows made by Atrium in my bedroom. This has been a rental so I have no idea what people did to the Windows over the years. One has a channel balancer with the code 28 3 BX CMC 11 on it. The metal measures 29" in length (not 27"). The other window has no balancers or clips and the only things holding the window in are the two locks.
Would your standard balancer (27") work? If so I will need 4 sets and 2 clips which I can order online. Thanks for your help.

Hi there!

Thanks so much for posting. We will need to see some photos of your balances if possible. We have many types of balances with subtle differences so seeing it will be one of the only ways for us to determine the best replacement option for you. In your photos, be sure to include some shots of the nylon attachments on either end of the metal channel. Also, are the two window that you are referencing the same? If so, you will use the same balances for each of the windows.

A quick learner from Tucson says:
Overall length of the balance with the plastic ends is 30". Yes, both windows are the same so I would need 4 balances plus the two missing clips.
Hope these pics help.

I recognize this. This is the S395-29. The key measurement is the length of the metal bar, 29".

2830 is an option that we offer which is equivalent to your 28 3 stamp. That should work for you. The 2830 carries a certain range of weights, listed on the S395-29 webpage in a chart. You can weigh your window sash and compare to the chart to verify that you need 2830, if you want.
