Replacement parts for Certainteed Windows

A handy person from Brookings, Oregon says:
I've got some casement and awning windows that have parts that need to be replaced. The windows were purchased from CertainTeed in 2004. CertainTeed is no longer in the window business so hoping you can help me determine the part numbers that would correspond to the mechanisms shown in the attached photos

For the casement operator, please start by reviewing our 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Your awning operator resembles our 39-037 or 39-069 lever operators. Please review all dimensions on the product pages to confirm a good fit and let me know if you have any questions.
