I have an Entrygard Truth window operator and I am looking to find replacements for the corner swivel clips that support the top and bottom of the window at the swing corners.

So that 2 bar hinge set looks very similar but our top railing doesn't have an arm bar it is only a plastic clip that mounts to the top corner of the window itself and swings as the door opens but does not slide along a track. Is it possible we have an older model than is available or could ours simply be missing the arm bar parts?

Hey there! Bob asked me to have a look here. I actually think your hinge set looks more like the 10" 36-004-10. Have a look and see what you think. As far as how the hinges operator, the video below will give you an idea of how they are installed and why they should work fine with your window.
