Replacement parts for Leigh-VU folding metal doors

I have 5, 92" tall folding metal doors. 2 of the doors with 2 panels opening to the right. The other 3 opening from the center to the sides with 2 panels each. The doors vary in width for different size closets. Some function properly. Few seem to get jammed and with some wiggle can function. I am interested in replacing any or all hardware, if necessary, for a smooth functioning. The upper and lower bumpers on the rails are still on. The floor rails have been removed to replace the floors and hopefully reinstall. Any advice is appreciated and hoping replacement parts are available. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Assuming you are reusing the existing tracks, we suggest using the 21-054 Bifold Door Top Pivot and Guide Pin (Leigh) for the top and bottom guide pins. You'll need the 21-206 to replace the top and bottom brackets.
We dot have a direct replacement for the top plain pin with the spring, but the 21-054 should work. You can reverse it or remove the nylon cap for the installation.
For the bottom threaded adjust pin, you can use the 21-062 Bifold Door Pivot (Leigh). This pin will raise, lower, and square up your door.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
