Replacement parts for Simonton coil balance

Hi,

I have a Simonton Dimension II single-hung windows that were installed 22 years ago, and now one has a broken coil balance.

The balance has two 1/2 inch wide coils and one of them broke.
The broken one is marked #4.5 33"
The unbroken one is marked #3.5 35"

The pivot shoe is 17/32" thick.

Can you tell me what parts I need to repair the window?

Hey there!

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-111 which uses the Series 160 coil springs. For the broken coil spring with the #4.5 stamp, see the S160-4 4.5 pound spring. Look these parts over and let us know if you need anything else.
