Replacement parts for Simonton windows.

I have had problems with several Simonton tilting windows recently. It appears that the Pivot lock shoes have broken. I would like to know if you carry these replacement parts, and if the coil balance should be replaced also. I've attached photos of the broken parts, and one of the sticker inside the window track.
