it is a Jeld-wen Premium vinyl awning window. Open from the bottom. Looking for the operating arm. The window measurements are 22x22
Once we have the part number and price I would like to order.

Your operator looks like a match for our 39-249B to me. We also sell the 39-536 slides, at the end of the arms, and the 39-375 cover.
