Replacement parts for a sliding window

Question

My windows can fold out but can not go up and down.  I looked on the internet to learn more about how to fix windows and I think the shoes near the bottom of the window are not sliding all the way down to the bottom.  I have to use a lot of force and grease to get them to go down.

Can you send a photo of one of the shoes? That will help us figure out what kind of support system your window uses, which will help us figure out the problem.
