Replacement parts for casement Window

Question

Hello I'm looking for parts to replace old window Hardware.
It is Roto manufacture but I did not quite find match using the number on ARM.
I would like to get new operator, the arm and optionally the bracket from image 3208 (as it is getting old and broken as well - just the plastic)

Please let me know.

Hi Tomas, thank you for posting,

The operator shown in your pictures is an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO operators. However, ROTO discontinued the link arms so you would have to re-use your old ones. We don't have an exact match for your hinge but our 36-004-10 should work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
