Replacement parts for casement operators

Can the operator handle and cover shown in the accompanying photographs be upgraded(with parts having the same finish/color). Will 39-107FX Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit by SWISCO work here? What will the kit number be(what replaces X in 39-107FX)and price per unit?
