Bottom crank portion labeled with "Truth" and "A"  also need hinge part for window top.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-171 casement operator to your assembly. See the 39-172 for the opposite-handed version. Both operators are used with the 39-205 folding handle.

I can't be sure without seeing your original hinge but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set, which is quite common and versatile as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges. Take a look and if you're not sure, feel free to get back to us with photos of your hinge assembly. Thanks for posting!
