Replacement parts for casement window?

Our casement window will open out, but when trying to wind it back in, the entire assembly/handle starts to fall apart and becomes loose. I assume we need to replace the entire handle/arm assembly, but maybe not? Thanks for your help!

Thanks for posting! Yep, based on what you describe, you definitely need a new operator. I'd wager the worm gear is stripped out. These are machine pressed at the factory so it can't be repaired.

As for what you can use, this looks very similar to our 39-031 operator. Carefully go over our pictures and dimensions and let me know if you agree.

You're correct! I took the gamble and ordered 39-032 for the other window and it worked. Thank you - this is a great service for homeowners who need some help in this arena!
