Replacement parts for casement window

I have 2 casement windows that are different sizes. I do not know the manufacturer. Sticker on window seal says mfr: mgm-1. Validator. Series 4700 casement. I only took a picture the decal in the kitchen. The window in the bedroom is larger. The window in the kitchen with the decal picture seems to be missing a pad that the window rides on. Also one of the arms are starting to rust. The other larger window in the bedroom has a completely rusted out arm that isn't even attached anymore. It the bottom piece under the window is also completely rusted solid. And alos needs a new pad. This is a new home that I'm purchasing therefore it is difficult to get information at this point. I'm hoping I can easily find these parts for easy replacement?? Also how would these get in that bad of shape? They are probably the original windows, therefore built in 2009 or 2010.
