Replacement parts for casement window

I have 2 casement windows that are different sizes. I do not know the manufacturer. Sticker on window seal says mfr: mgm-1. Validator. Series 4700 casement. I only took a picture the decal in the kitchen. The window in the bedroom is larger. The window in the kitchen with the decal picture seems to be missing a pad that the window rides on. Also one of the arms are starting to rust. The other larger window in the bedroom has a completely rusted out arm that isn't even attached anymore. It the bottom piece under the window is also completely rusted solid. And alos needs a new pad. This is a new home that I'm purchasing therefore it is difficult to get information at this point. I'm hoping I can easily find these parts for easy replacement?? Also how would these get in that bad of shape? They are probably the original windows, therefore built in 2009 or 2010. My name is Jason if you need to contact me. Thank you

Hi Jason, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window is in need of new hinges. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set with a 10" sill track or the 36-049 with a 14" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Review the video below for more details.

We also have stainless steel versions under 36-004-10 and 36-004-14. Let me know if you have any questions or if the length of the track differs!
