I have a vinyl window(cannot find the manufacturer) with two broken balance shoes. The parts that I need are pictured attached. The only identifying mark is an e on the metal coil. Please let me know if you can provide as well as cost.

You have come to the right place, Dan. Starting off with your balance shoe, our 15-175 looks like it could be a mach. Just confirm your measurements and dimensions match up to what you have. These pivot shoes are used with a Series 152 coil spring. Do your springs look compatible to the Series 152? Let us know. Since your spring does not have a number stamped, you will need to weigh your sash and get back to us with the weight of the sash. Many thanks.
