Replacement parts for kinco

Question

Hi . I have some kinco windows that have seen some better days. The plastic clip that holds balance rod in place is broke on many windows and same with a few clips on balances them selves the metal rod is 30" and 1/2" wide. Here's some photos I believe I found the parts I need on your site but I would like to be sure before I order thanks

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S378, S380, or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. You'll also need to locate the stamp code on the metal channel to choose the corresponding spring strength options for your replacement balances.
