Replacement parts for my window, please

Question

Graboyes Encore Double Hung window (manufactured 4/2/2010). Right-side constant-force coil balance has become disconnected from the pivot shoe. Coil is marked approximately 6.5. Looking for the correct replacement coil and coil support.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but the pivot shoe is similar to the 17/32" thick 15-228. This is commonly used with our Series 160 coil spring, but you should check to make sure your spring is the same 1/2" width. See the S160-06 based on your stamp code. Thanks for posting!
