We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your pivot shoe and coil springs fully removed from the window to research your replacement options. Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos resemble the 15-140 balance shoe, which would use the S150 coil springs, 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel. Take a look and compare the specifications shown on our product pages to yours. It looks like your coil spring may be stamped with 7, which would indicate that you would use the S150-7.
