Replacement parts for pivot shoe mechanism in tilt window

I am looking to find out exactly what I need to buy to replace the pivot shoe mechanism in my tilt in window. I am not sure how many coil replacements I would need or what part number either.

Thanks for posting. The shoe resembles our 15-180, but you will need to match up dimensions to confirm that they're the same. As for the coil springs, the 15-180 is commonly used with our Series 190 spring.

Does it require only one spring per side? And do I need balance bushings?

How many springs you need depends on how many you have now. It looks like you have only one spring per side, but I can't really tell for sure. It's important to replace your hardware with the same setup as you had originally. You do not necessarily need the bushings if yours are undamaged.
