Hello! Thanks for posting, and for your clear photos. They're a huge help. What you have here is an old, discontinued Float-A-Way top guide pin assembly. It's no longer made but we carry the new style guide pin, the 21-022. This isn't exactly the same but it very well may work for your door. Please review and see what you think.
