Tom from SWISCO responded:
Has the worm gear come out of the operator? If so, you will not be able to repair it. These are machine pressed into the operator at the factory and are not meant to be fixed. You will need an all new operator. We can help. but we'd need to see more of the operator in order to identify it. If you were to open your window as far as it can go and show us a clear top-down photo of it, we can help recommend a match.
