Hi. I saw your video on ordering parts I have two different size windows. I took pictures of the balances for both. Pics are attached. I need 8 of the light colored nylon end ones and 4 of the grey colored end ones. Please contact me with any questions.

I wanted to add, the balancers with the tanish nylon ends are from a milgard single hung window weighing about 29 lbs. The grey colored ended balancers the window weighs 38 lbs. I hope this helps determine the correct replacement parts. Do you have parts in stock? Do you carry milgard locks too?

We can replace this balances, but they will have to be a special order. However I'm afraid our custom balance specialist is out of the office and will not be back until Monday. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I promise that when Monday rolls around we will email you an order link and price quote for 8 of the 25-9 balances and 4 of the 25DS45 balances. Please bear with us until then.
