Replacement parts inside and out

I found the part numbers
Encore dual arm operator sill mount
39-253RB
39-253LB I also need the inside handle but can not figure out how to remove the old one

Thank you for reaching out to us! Your old handle should just pop off. If it doesn't, I recommend checking it for a set screw.
