Hello, thank you for posting,

I do not recognize the bracket at first sight that the pin is sitting in. I am going to have one of our senior experts take a further look to see if we can provide suitable replacement parts. We will be in contact as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your patience!

Hello,

Unfortunately I also do not recognize the manufacturer of this bi-fold door. May we see the track especially the pivot bracket and the bottom threaded pin if not missing? Thank you!

Home Owner
Hello,

Many thanks for your help! See attached pictures of the track and the bottom and top pivot in place. Let me know if those are helpful or whether I unmount the door so I can take out the pivot pins and take pictures of them more closely.

Thank you,

Unfortunately we were not able to locate your nylon housing for the pins. We can supply you with a plain pin , the 21-026B, the nylon cap, 21-105 that is similar to yours and if you need a spring,21-250. For the threaded pin we believe you can use 21-003. Please review and let us know what you think!

Just a little note to say thank you, I've ordered some of the parts you suggested and managed to fix the door. The resources on your website have been invaluable for me to finally get that done. Much appreciated.
